REGISTRATION FEES

• Accommodation Concept, Guests starting with lunch on the arrival day, right to have breakfast on the departure day
• Hotel c-in time 14:00 – c-out time 12:00

• 3 nights ( 06 October - 09 October ) accommodation at Susesi Luxury Resort in Ultra All Inclusive basis
• Participation to scientific activities,

• Congress bag, badge and certificate
• Opening Cocktail
• Bar Night
• Prices do not include 18% VAT

REGISTRATION FEES WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION

• Daily attendance fee between 09.00 am – 19.00 pm ( Ultra All Inclusive concepts)
• Lunch and coffee breaks to be taken within the scientific program, participation in scientific meetings, opening cocktail and bar night, congress bag and contents, participation certificate.
• Prices do not include 18% VAT.

Cancellation Policy

• The request for cancellation of the registration must be notified to Kmice in writing.
• For cancellations made until 21 August, 2022, refunds will be made after the bank charges are deducted.
• No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 21 August, 2022. After this date only name changes will be accepted.
• All refunds will be made after the congress.

External Participation Fee

Representer of a Company External Participation Fee is 50 Euros + 18% VAT per person for 1 day.
This rate includes use of hotel activities from 08:00 to 18:00.

Transfer Information

• The price of group transfers, which will be arranged on the arrival and departure dates of the Congress is one way 25 Euro + VAT per person
• Round trip Transfer fee 50 Euro + VAT per person
